As part of our Active 6 lineup, the WX Alfa is built with a flatter 6-base lens that can accommodate a higher prescription range while offering the same ANSI Z87.1+ protection and clarity of all Wiley X sunglasses. The sleek, rectangular build of its lightweight frame offers a comfortable yet flattering fit, and our removable swivel side shields are easy to add or remove for extra peripheral protection when you need it. As its name implies, the WX Alfa earns an A+ in both protection and style.

ANSI Z87.1+ HIGH-VELOCITY IMPACT PROTECTION
Wiley X ANSI Z87.1+ frames and lenses must withstand the impact of a .25" diameter steel ball. For spectacles the projectile must be traveling 150 fps and for a goggle 250 fps.
ANSI Z87.1+ HIGH-MASS IMPACT PROTECTION
Wiley X ANSI Z87.1+ frames and lenses must withstand the impact of a 1.1 lb. projectile dropped from a height of 50" to ensure your eyes are protected from unexpected blunt force impacts.

Our shatterproof Selenite™ lenses are specifically designed for our high-wrap frames to ensure true spatial relationship of objects and distortion-free clarity.
