90 Day Manufacturer Flaw/Defect Warranty:
Gellco Outdoors offers a 90 Day Craftsmenship warranty. Within the first 90 days of purchase the customer will be offered a free exchange for a new or different pair of shoes so long as the original pair is deemed defective. Defects include items such as busted stitching, waterproof liner leaking, broken eyelets, sole separation, or misaligned toe-cap.
The 90 Day Craftsmenship does NOT cover:
- Improper fit
- Normal Wear & Tear
- Excessive wearing
- Exposure to acid and chemicals
- Dry Rot
Proof of Purchase is required to qualify for warranty.
Products are shipped within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), or to overseas U.S. Possessions and current U.S. territories via ground. For in-stock items the average delivery time is between 5 to 7 business days from the initial purchase date for contiguous 48, and 2-3 weeks for territories and possessions. For On-Order items the average delivery time is between 5-14 business days based on brand, season, and shipping location. For backordered items delivery may be beyond 14 business days. Gellco Outdoors will notify you if you any items you ordered are backordered and we will give you a timeline of expected delivery. If you do not wish to wait to receive the backorder you will be offered a full refund or exchange for a different item. Please note that during seasonal and busier times of the year, order delivery may take longer due to manufacturers' extended shipping times.
We do not ship internationally or to non-U.S. territories or Possessions. Shipping to U.S. territories and possessions will incur additional shipping fees. Promotions for "free shipping" or other discounted shipping promotions apply only to contiguous states only.
Please verify that the shipping address you entered on the online shopping cart system is correct before checkout. Customers who do not provide a correct shipping address will be responsible for the additional charges required for reshipping the order. Furthermore, orders that are undeliverable for incorrect information will be charged with the appropriate shipping charges and a restocking fee. Therefore, recipients should make sure that their shipping information is correct and there is someone available to receive the order.
APO/FPO Military Shipping
Deliveries to APO/FPO military addresses will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 7-20 business days to receive your parcel.
For the customer’s protection, unless previously negotiated, we ship only to the buyers confirmed address as verified against the credit card billing address maintained by the buyer’s credit card company.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Typically, the shopping cart system automatically calculates shipping charges on online orders from zip code to zip code with UPS.
If the item shipped is the item the customer selected and paid for, returns will not be accepted. If the item shipped is not the item the customer selected and paid for, returns will be accepted and shipping charges will be covered by the company.
If the item shipped is the item the customer selected and paid for, shipping charges for an exhange must be paid by the customer. If the item shipped is not the item the customer selected and paid for, shipping charges will be paid by the company.
Quoted or acknowledged delivery dates are only estimated dates of delivery. Gellco Outdoors disclaims any liability for delays in delivery or any consequential damages or losses during shipment.
If a customer fails to accept delivery or pick up a product within 60 days from the shipping date, Gellco Outdoors has the right to sell, dispose of, or use any such products in any way the company chooses.
